General Sales Conditions
The products purchased on www.portaliboutique.it are sold directly by Daniel Srl, a company incorporated under the laws of Italy, with registered office in Via F. Ferrucci 57 59100 Prato PO, registered with the CCIAA of Prato under no. PO - 532670, C.F./P.IVA 03140880489.
The offer and sale of products on the tuosito.com website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated from time to time; those published on www.portaliboutique.it are considered effective and binding and are accepted at the time of check out.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before purchasing.
Purchase methods
For each product chosen a descriptive card is displayed, with the image and the essential characteristics, by way of example: color, size, unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.portaliboutique.it may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used: Daniel Srl is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular configuration of the computer or its malfunctioning.

Product availability
The products offered for sale and their prices are those indicated on www.portaliboutique.it.
If, at the time of ordering, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed.
If, due to the simultaneous purchase by several customers, the product ordered is no longer available, an e-mail will be sent to cancel the order.
Daniel Srl may change at any time and without notice the products offered for sale on www.portaliboutique.it and its price.
Price of product
The price of each item is indicated in Euro: including taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs for the countries of the European Union. Taxes excluded (VAT), shipping costs excluded for countries outside the European Union.
The cost of shipping and any customs charges is indicated before payment and calculated in relation to the destination of the goods. (Shipping methods)

ORDER
Order (Order)
The execution of the purchase order implies the knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registration and / or creation of an account ("register for free") personal Customer. Please remember to read carefully the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are filled by following the steps and instructions specified in the site.
The purchase of products offered for sale on tuosito.com can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and are acting exclusively on their behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on tuosito.com is prohibited.
Daniel srl reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received.
Daniel srl will notify the customer via e-mail if it is impossible to accept the orders received.
Order confirmation
At the moment of the conclusion of the purchase, the customer receives a written confirmation of the ordered product, of the amount to be paid, with the details of the price of the product and of the shipping costs and eventual customs charges for non-EU countries.
Daniel srl will send a subsequent confirmation of the order via e-mail with the relative delivery times of the product.
Payment methods
Danie srl accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. The products ordered remain the property of Daniel srl until the complete collection of the relative price.
SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping Methods
Information on shipping methods, costs and any customs charges are indicated at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and customs charges are charged to the customer and are debited from the credit card and debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs
All purchases with address in Italy are delivered by express courier. For all other destinations and used the courier GLS or DHL.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
In the following table are shown the shipping costs for different amounts:

All orders are delivered by GLS, DHL courier from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The shipper requires the signature "for receipt" of the recipient at the time of delivery.
Once the items have been shipped it is no longer possible to change the destination address.
Delivery zones
Products are delivered to the address requested by the Customer (we do not ship to P.O. Boxes) and in the following countries (see table below).

From the receipt of the order the delivery time of the products is as follows:
Italy 2/3 working days
Islands 3/5 working days
Other destination 5/7 working days
Deliveries are made and guaranteed by GLS and DHL.
All orders are delivered by courier from 9 to 17, from Monday to Friday. The forwarder requires the signature "for receipt" of the recipient at the time of delivery.
Please provide a valid address where the goods can be delivered during the delivery time. Please promptly indicate any change of address.
Once the shipment has been made, it is not possible to change the destination address.
Daniel srl at the moment of the consignment communicates to the Customer with e-mail the number of the consignment of GLS or DHL.
Possible delays in delivery of more than 10 (ten) working days must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 (thirty) calendar days from order confirmation.
Receiving merchandise
In order to guarantee the security of the shipment the forwarder asks for the signature "for receipt" of the addressee at the moment of the delivery; if this is not possible, the merchandise is not delivered.
If, at the moment of the delivery, the external aspect of the package presents imperfections, the Customer must proceed to the opening of the package in the presence of the carrier.
We advise to control the goods at the moment of the delivery and to verify that the quantity of the delivered products corresponds to what ordered, that the packaging is integral, not damaged, or however altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.
Any problems in the delivery must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 10 (ten) calendar days from order confirmation.
Insurance
All packages shipped are insured against theft / loss and damage from the time they are entrusted to the Courier for shipment until delivery to the recipient.
If the packaging is damaged on delivery, we recommend that you refuse the goods or report on the delivery note that you accept a damaged package.
Once delivered to the address indicated and withdrawn, the goods are no longer insured.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the products you can ask for a refund or exchange.
The conditions for exchanges and returns are as follows:
Returns Procedure
Purchased merchandise may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Returns made after the deadline can only be accepted at the discretion of Daniel srl.
Daniel srl refunds the full cost of products returned by the customer provided that they are accompanied by the return authorization issued by Daniel srl.
The refund, excluding shipping costs, is credited to the same credit card and debit card used for the purchase or the bank account used for the bank transfer.
To carry out the return procedure and must send an e-mail to ordini@portaliboutique.it to obtain an authorization number to return (RMA - Returns Merchandise Authorization).

The e-mail with the return authorization must be inserted inside the package.
Daniel srl sends with the return authorization a pre-filled sheet with the destination address to be applied on the package.
Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed.
Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipment.
The return of the product does not involve the payment of shipping costs.
Product returns are not free of charge if products are returned from a country other than the original destination address.
For returns contact customer service
Once the proforma invoice of the return is completed, a pickup is booked by contacting GLS or DHL. The package must be delivered unopened to the courier.
Daniel srl sends an e-mail confirming receipt of the return and activation of the refund procedure. The refund of the price of the returned products will be made within 15 days from the date on which Daniel srl has received the product returned in the conditions indicated.
Return Conditions
The products to be returned must not have been worn, used or damaged. They must still have all original tags and security seals intact.
Shoes must be tried on a carpet and returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the product. Shoes returned without a box or in a damaged box may be refused and returned to the Customer.
Underwear and swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear and without removing the protective adhesive.
If the sticker is removed or the garments are creased, the return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
We will not accept returns that do not meet all the conditions required.

Exchanges
It is possible to exchange the purchased product only with a similar product of a different size or measurement within 10 days from the delivery date and provided that it is available.
Exchanges requested after the deadline can only be accepted at the discretion of Daniel srl.
To make the change and you must send an e-mail request for change to ordini@portaliboutique.it. To make the change please wait for the exchange authorization issued by Daniel srl. Unauthorized changes will not be accepted. Please refer to the modalities indicated in the paragraph "Return Procedures".
Please indicate the new size / size, respecting the conditions of the return procedure. If you want to change with another item we recommend that you request a refund and proceed to a new purchase separately.
The replacement product will be sent to the customer by courier without additional shipping costs.
Defective merchandise
The products received are considered defective if they are already damaged or show conformity defects.
It is possible to request the exchange of the defective product within 10 days from the date of delivery, following the same steps of the Returns/Exchanges.
In such cases, Daniel srl will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it as possible.
The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without further shipping costs.
In case the replacement or repair of the product were not possible Daniel srl will proceed to refund. The refund, including shipping costs when the product is originally defective, is made on the same credit card and debit used by the customer for payment.
Return of gifts
In case of products purchased and sent as gifts, the return can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of the gift, following the same steps of the Returns/Exchanges.
It is understood that the integrity of the product and an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Refunds (Reimbursements)
The customer is not satisfied with the product received can exercise the return within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Please refer to the same procedures for the return of products expressed in the paragraph Returns / Exchanges.
The refund of the price of the returned products is made within 10 working days from the date on which Daniel srl has received the product returned in the conditions indicated.
The refund will be made on the same credit and debit card used by the customer for the payment, excluding shipping costs (unless it is not defective products at the origin).
Customs charges and sales taxes are not refundable for orders placed outside the EU.

Bank details are neither recorded nor retained on the tuosito.com website, but are stored in a secure database of the bank used by Daniel srl and which appears on the transaction page solely for the purpose of the business transaction.
